Trick-or-Treating?

Did anyone go trick-or-treating tonight? How about give out candy? Jordan and I hung out with a couple people but before that we stayed home for a while and were ready to give out some candy. The only people that we had come were a vacuum salesman, who was a real vacuum salesman and not a trick-or-treater, and my pastor's family. They came and stayed here for a while and we watched an episode of The Three Stooges. Have you guys ever seen The Three Stooges? They are hilarious. Ok, I'm done for now.

If it wasn't Friday I might cry

....but lucky for me it IS friday and hopefully the next two days will present a bit of time for some R and R...

WOW...the last week has been absolutely nuts...I wasn't warned ahead of time that sophmore year pretty much sucks when it comes to classes...but then again I wasn't prepared for how much fun I'm having either.

This weekend will include a choir concert in Chicago and Decatur, a visit with the Grandparents, and studying for my last round of tests next week...

Oh, and for those of you who live "north"...there are some places of the world that are still in the middle of fall...so have fun with your snow. :)

What was I thinking?

So, I said that the snow made the grass white... Well, I changed my mind from last night to today. The snow makes the whole ground white.

October=fall WRONG Michigan+October= Antarctica

remind me again why i go here.... its SNOWED yesterday and i had snow and ice on my car.. today i'm wearing coat and gloves... gurr

so chris.. i understand. its awful sitting in class and watching the snow fall hard thinking.. i'm pretty sure i was just in IL with no sleeves on.. o well tear :( we hope for 60 degree weather next week.. but its MI so who knows.....

Winter.....Let's hope not

Well, I'm hoping this isn't the beginning of winter yet, but we have snow. It's been snowing off and on for the last two days and it's enough to make the grass white, but not enough to cover it yet. I did have to scrape snow and ice off my car today though. I'm not liking this. It's only mid-October and we already have snow. It's 28 degrees with a wind chill of 17 here right now. It is supposed to warm up again, thankfully, so let's hope that comes sooner rather than later.

Unicycling

Hey everyone. I just want to let those of you who I haven't told already that I bought a unicycle. It's pretty sweet and pretty hard to learn how to ride. I got it on Friday and have been practicing every day since. It's a lot of fun.
