The Perfect Play

My family came to visit me this weekend because I had my last game today. Jordan stayed the night with me in the dorms, and then we went Geocaching this morning before my game. It was pretty fun. That's the first time I've gone Geocaching for quite a while. Last time I went was with Elijah and Darin when they visited.

Anyway, today we won our last game to end the year with 3 wins in a row and a 6-7 record. I played the best I have all year long, so that was encouraging and cool because my family was there. I scored 8 points, which is the second highest for me this year. So, here's the stage for the perfect play.

There was 2 min left in the game and we were ahead by 15 or so. This one kid has been hitting a lot of 3's on us so I'm guarding him and he goes to shoot. I jump and force him into shooting an airball. I run down the court and they throw the ball to me. As I catch the ball, I take one step and jump as I'm still turning around. I throw the ball into the rim for a dunk. Ba-da. Out sails the ball. I missed the only chance I had all year to dunk it. haha oh well.
